Usually both kidneys are not operated simultaneously. But in case the stone burden in minimal, rarely both kidneys can be cleared in a single sitting. Nowadays, we offer RIRS for kidney stones . It is a procedure where a flexible telescope is passed into the kidney through the urethra and the stones are broken with laser and removed, This technique helps avoid any cut on the body or on the kidney.

Hi
Fortis is a good hospital.
Spine tumors have to be biopsied or FNAC for finding if it's benign or malignant. Excision of tumor is done for benign lesion and defect filled with bone graft, fusion of vertebra etc, if malignant then type and nature of tumor, whether more extended surgery or radiotherapy or chemotherapy responsiveness guide treatment guidelines. I may suggest biopsy, fnac before surgery for confirmation of diagnosis first.
If patient has no other problems, like prosta...more

In ultrasound images, the kidneys are large and echogenic with decreased corticomedullary differentiation. Using high-resolution ultrasound probes, small medullary and cortical cysts 1-8 millimetres in size may be seen.

Dear lybrate-user, Stone in the right kidney is small, you can observe for spontaneous passage.
On left side, I presume you mean stone is in the ureter. Then you have to do some imaging like CT Urography Or IVP to see if their is swelling in the kidney (Hydronephrosis). If there is Hydronephrosis and at the same time if you are symptomatic then you need removal of stone.
But about 25 to 30% of ureteric stone of 6.5 mm can pass spontaneously or with medicines also.
Best Wishes

Cheese comes in many delicious varieties, so you can pair it with your favorite dish. It has all the nutritional benefits of milk products. Most of the cheese varieties contain high amount of fat, which is beneficial for those people who are trying to gain weight. One serving of cheese can add 69 calories, as it is made from concentrated milk that provides proteins, calcium, cholesterol and fat to the body.

Male concern about whether penile size lives up to the desires of females seems to be Largely misplaced.
One study suggested that while the majority of women, some 85%, were satisfied with the size and proportion of their partner's penis, men were less sure of themselves. 1
Almost half of men in the study (45%) believed they had a small penis - yet the researchers reported that small penis size was actually rare.
The average penis size to be as follows:
