Make sure you maintain your bp and NO protein urine status and can lead a normal life but with diet restrictions and Few tips on Diet - have a low protein diet (decrease in milk and its products and also decrease in the intake of pulses and nuts etc)- can use corn oil, sunflower oil, olive oil for cooking -decrease the intake of butter, ghee, cream,coconut etc - avoid farsan food items - whole grain cereals are best for carbohydrate intake - get your blood checked for electrolyte levels regularl...more

Creatinine depwnds upon a lot of factors...like age of donor...gfr at time of surgery...if creat is constant at 1.4 and there is no jump, then you should not worry....

Abo incompatible transplant has picked up in last few years and have comparable result to compatible transplant in best centres. It will cost more than a norml tranplant because of the extra effort involvd. In some of the best centre in delhi ncr it will cost arnd 9-10 lac.

Yes you can provided it it not very old to carry fungal infection. Fresh foods are better, you doing fine. Keep regular habits, medicines, stay away from infections &crowds. Keep regular check ups.

Since you don't have same blood group donor in your family, you can resort to various options namely Paired donor exchange/swap donor/ABO incompatible/cadaver transplant/unrelated same blood group donor.

It is good to know that your Transplanted Kidney is functioning well.
Intake of 5 litres water daily is excessive.
You should reduce it to 3-3.5 liters daily.
