I did urine routine test and it shows blood ()in the results. Is this serious and what does this mean. I am kidney transplant patient (4 months post surgery) - father donor. Creatinine is 1.0,WBC 4600, rest all reports within range. Could you please suggest - Pravin <mobile>

Yes why not. Provided you are in good state of health and have good carduac functions in echo. Only thing is you will be kept at higher risk stage but operation can definitely be done.

First of all there should not be such errors with these highly refined medicines. But still if taken double dose in morning. You can take half dose in evening. But do not skip the evening dose.

Sir you are already on immune suppressive medicines like tac and steroid. So only thing you can do is try to find out allergen or trigger and try to avoid it. Vitamin C and proper hydration can decrease seasonal attacks but not much proven, you can give a try.

ABO Kidney transplant donor is from AB+ and recepint is from O+ What is the clinical name of a test to check the antibody level? Doctor has prescribed anti a titre and anti b titre, but there no such test I found in nearby labs. Please advise.

It's usually not done in smaller labs or regular labs, usually done only in bigger labs or those attached to transplant centres or large blood banks.

Make sure to keep your vital parameters stable and if the nephrons are already damaged than we will not be able to decrease the creatine levels until unless proven otherwise
