First of all there should not be such errors with these highly refined medicines. But still if taken double dose in morning. You can take half dose in evening. But do not skip the evening dose.

Sir you are already on immune suppressive medicines like tac and steroid. So only thing you can do is try to find out allergen or trigger and try to avoid it. Vitamin C and proper hydration can decrease seasonal attacks but not much proven, you can give a try.
