My stone is in left upper ureter size 5mmx4 mm. Dr. gave me medicine for 15 days. Urimax 0.4 mg. Is it possible to get the stone out of the the ureter by medicine?

Left upper ureter is dilated with a calcus of size 8 mm is seen in vug. Right upper ureter is normal. What is necessary for surgical of stone.
