Hello
No, The value is within normal range of serum creatinine levels. Kindly elaborate your symptoms and the reason behind undergoing this specific test. Do you have hypertension, diabetes or any other condition for which you are taking medications? Kindly get yourself checked personally by a physician if you have any symptom or sign like swelling legs, lethargy, rise in BP, fatigue, etc otherwise your present reports are normal. Don't worry. Tc.

If this is a recent increase, the cause needs to be treated. Infection, drugs, dehydration are correctable causes among many. If your father is suffering from CKD (that is long term kidney disease), then he has very low kidney function and usually not correctable. He needs a nephrologist consultation on whether he needs dialysis if there are symptoms.
