I would suggest you to get your ultrasound done to see whether it is polycyclic or 1-2 cysts. Do you have any other problem eg diabetes, hypertension, urinary complaints.
Get your cbc, urine routine, blood sugar fasting and pp, kft, sr electrolytes done and then consult a nephrologist for further management.

A CT scan is required to look at the type of cyst
If it is simple cyst it just needs follow up.
If it increases in size or causes symptoms it may need removal which can be done laparoscopically or by open surgery.
