Hello, thanks f or the query
I have seen the details mentioned. However, I would like to know the following: current t3, t4 & tsh levels (26 that you are mentioning is it tsh?) and if you have done anti tpo antibodies test please inform the details. Also it is better to look at your lipids (cholesterol levels). On seeing all the details I will be able to give correct advise. Another important aspect is levothyroxine tablet has to be always taken early morning on empty stomach and nothing sho...more

Is her tsh under control. Follow this 1. Take your breakfast every day. Don't skip it. U should eat whatever your mother or grandparent eat in bfast. I mean to say whatever is your traditional food. If punjabi eat paratha, if belongs to south then take idli/ dosa etc.
2. Don't overeat 3. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of plain water first thing in the morning (preferably within 10 mins of...more

Hello, thanks for the query.
I have seen the details given. Her tsh level is definitely lower than lab limit mentioned. Hence, it is better if dosage is reduced by 12.5 mcg to 112.5 mcg per day. Please remember after reducing the dosage (after every dosage change) there is need to check thyroid profile after 6 to 8 weeks to see if the desired change is achieved. In a well controlled patient tsh should remain around 2 to3 or 4 mu/l and t4 in normal range. If you have any questions please do c...more

Do you have any history of allergy to dust smoke animal dander, cold cloudy weather increases breathlessness.
Does nebulisations of duolin and budecort help you this means that un...more

Hello, thanks for the query.
I have seen the query. The information about thyroid profile is too old. You will have to get current thyroid profile (t3, t4 & tsh) done and report that. Plus madam please remember hypothyroidism is not cured. Patient has to take the supplement of levothyroxine (in adequate dosage) for life time. Abruptly stopping the treatment can lead to uncontrolled hypothyroidism and its various consequences. If you are looking for appropriate treatment advise then please co...more
