Avoid all outside food that includes junk, processed food as well as food items that are oily, sugary, or salty. Instead eat home cooked meals with 4 to 5 servings of fruits and veggies. Diabetic Patient can't take keto diet as it's high in protein and fat, a Diabetic Patient has to take small amount of carbohydrates in diet. Its good for weight loss but for a normal healthy person and it should be done in proper guidance.

You don't need keto diet. You start healthy diet. Follow personlized diet plan. I can some tips 3-4 liter water per day. Set goal 3 kg loss per month. Intake 5-6 meals in a day. Sleep well and good. Antioxidants keep in diet.
