Hi, I am a 32 year old female suffering from folliculitis since two years. I have been consulting dermatologists and have undergone many tests. On 15th of this month I underwent iron profile test in which transferrin saturation is 3% and ferritin is 4.9%. Iron by photometry is <15. Haemoglobin is 8.5. So please let me know next steps I need to take. Doc is asking me to undergo vit B12, stool test and all that. Which I do not want to because I have spent on these tests since two years. If I have to take iron supplement means pls suggest me the name.

Although there is no cure for Keratosis pilaris. I wanted to get rid of this. I have on my elbows, Upper Arms and it became very dark. Sometimes it itches a lot which I can't bare at all. I request you people to suggest me some medication for this or how to take care of this. Rite now am exfoliating my those parts with Lemon and Salt. But did not get results still. Health Query

Hi got a little bump on my hand while playing with my dog and no blood or anything so I went to doctor took tetanus injection and first dose (of 3 doses) i.e on 20 may but when I visited doctor 2nd time and I told him that there was no blood after bite he said there is no need for injection so I did not take 2nd and 3rd dose but yesterday I noticed that at one side of my shoulder where I took a injection there is little bump and has swollen minutely (may be it was there earlier but I noticed it now) and not on other shoulder so I this has to do anything with rabbis? Also our dog is 4 months and is given 2 injections out of three and as I said I had no blood but only a little bump so is there any cause to worry? My dosses were scheduled on 20,23 & 27. maybe I took only 20 may dose i.e 1st one?

No it may be a normal bump,if it is the area of injection then it may be due to injury by the needle, otherwise it's normal,,no it is not the sign of rabbies
