posteriour polar cataract surgery needs better preplanned investigation (sle) to diagnosed accurately & manage accordingly.
As per your information, posterior capsule has been ruptured accidently. Posteriour capsule rupture will cause vitreous prolapse, keratitis, post. Op. Glaucoma, impairment of vision & other complication later also.
