These treatments may work but your scars are very old. You can try them but you need to have patience. In homeopathy medicines like graphites, fluoric acid and silica work better, but strength needs to be decided based on other symptoms. As mentioned earlier it will take a time to respond.

Keloids are overgrowing scars that do not heal. If it is painful, ingrowing and spreading; you had better visit an oncologist to investigate further. A skin doctor may not help.
