No need to lose self esteem. It's a problem faced by many. Be confident. U have to go by scientific Ayurveda treatment. This is the only hope. Dietary changes, gradual introduction of various procedures will help you a lot. U can't expect response before few months, that's clear. If you send close image of keloid and scars, I may assess better. Write history of the problem too.

Hello lybrate-user, It will be really helpful if you can send me a picture of the concerned lesion. Keloid can be diagnosed only by looking at it.

Hi lybrate-user. Keloids are usually the result of burns or occur after some form of injury. Treatment comprises of intralesional steroid injection and surgical removal if required. Other metods depend on location of the keloid which can be decided after consultation with a plastic surgeon.

If they r itchy, means the keloid is in active stage. Steroid injections works fastest in softening the keloids and limiting its growth.
Other than that you can apply MOMATE cream at night
HEXILAC - SILICON /VANIZA / OPEXA GEL twice or thrice a day and apply a small plastic sheet on top so tht the absorption of medicine is more from skin than on clothes.
