•Apply a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar directly on the scar.
•Gently massage the area so that the apple cider vinegar can be absorbed fully by the scar.
•Allow the apple cider vinegar to dry up on its own.
•Once you are sure that it is dry, repeat the process.
•This can be done several times. Results can be seen after about a month of doing this process every day.

Hello Amith,
These treatments may work but your scars are very old. You can try them but you need to have patience. In homeopathy medicines like graphites, fluoric acid and silica work better, but strength needs to be decided based on other symptoms. As mentioned earlier it will take a time to respond.

Silastic sheets are silicone sheets which are used to cover the scars after application of the cream.
