There are plenty of benefit first for what this is suggested. Second it strengthen your pelvic muscles it also improve your pelvic internal organs also it was on sexual power generally it advice in a problem called coccydynia.

Hello sir, Dr. Ankita sharma this side. Let me 1st clear you that kegel exercises have no type a such. It's a pelvic floor muscle strengthening exercises. Recommends to those who have either a pelvic floor dysfunctions such as urine incontinence (leakage), fecal incontinence etc. If that is recommends to you so, you can start with 10 times with no hold. Gradually increase it to 10 times x 5 second contraction hold. Diet should be simple and home cooked food. Again, its important why you are doing kegels? Hope this may help you! take care.

It is important that one engages in the act carefully so as to avoid injury or accidents. This exercise is both fun and easy.
