Kawasaki disease is a multisystem disease which is diagnosed on the basis of many clinical (high fever, rashes, asymmetrical cervical lymphadenopathy, nonpurulant conjuctivitis, strawberry tongue, peeling aseptic pyourea, leykocytosis, high CRP / ESR,) and lab parameters.
