Symptoms of piles
1. Bleeding after passing stool (bright red colour)
2. Pain while passing stool (it may be painless in internal piles)
3. Itching in anal region
4. A lump hanging down outside anus which may need to be pushed back after passing stool
5. Mucus discharge after passing stool.
