Cardiology problem, my big father got 3 blocks in heart and his heart is also week, so the doctor guide me for bypass surgery after giving or settling his weakness of heart, after 20 days or a month, Please clear my problem that should I go with the doctors or go with immediate bypass surgery. Please guide me on this.

Hello. My suggestion are you should take whatever healthy food for 1 month post surgery if you are non diabetic for your body to recover from major surgery. Exercises usually are respiratory like incentive spirometer and active limbs exercises. Take a walk without tiring yourself and slowly increase over days.

Hello, normal heart rate is up to 100. 126 is too high you should consult your cardiologist for modify your medications to control the heart rate.

Hello, possibility of surgery can be decided upon seeing the angio cd, but stenting is extreme unlikely in diffuse disease and not advisable.

Hi Sir, If its not an emergency case can person try to remove heart block and unstable angina with medicine or he need to go under bypass surgery as suggested by surgeon. If surgery is only solution then after undergoing surgery at the age 35. What are the chances that person cannot get stroke. If no one will give guarantee or assurance then why we shouldn't try with medication. Risk will be there from all side either you try medications standing or bypass surgery. So why can't we try using wit lh medicine like angispan, nikoran, flavedon,ecosprin? Or only using sorbitrate 10 mg with ecosprin 150 mg daily.

My husband underwent an by-pass surgery on oct 2018. After 20 days, his bp gone down and felt down (block out) in bathroom. Now few days he is getting shortage of breathing. He can not walk freely. He can not laid on left side. So doctors advised to take 320 slice ct scan. In that test graft report is below 1. Svg to lad patent with good distal pacification. 2. Svg to om1 patent. Mid segment reveal 60-70% stenosis. 3.svg to lcx to pda with good distal pacification. What is that second point tells? Pls explain me.
