It is better to follow one system of Medicine rather than combining multiple systems . Each drug may. react with each other and nullify or produce fresh side effects .In arthritic conditions Physical exercises ,yoga and respiratory exercises will also help to minimise the pain Even if a gap is there on consuming the medicines will be there in the body for a long time

Hi Tushar ,The most common causes of joint stiffness is osteoarthritis of joint : Osteoarthritis, a common type of arthritis, happens over time when the cartilage, the protective cushion in between the bones, wears away. The joints become painful and stiff. Osteoarthritis develops slowly and usually occurs during middle age.
