If you r not following kundalini yoga under any expert and doing yourself, pl stop it. Yes it could be the reason but not necessarily. May be cervical disc syndrome. However medicine part remains the same. Reason may be pressure on nerves from intervertebral spaces. However in Ayurveda, vata imbalance (as it is called) is cured by herbs too. Physiotherapy or light yoga postures under expert is also recommended.
