Hello, yes sir it will helpful for back support. Additionaly you will take some precautions also. Apply ice or hot water fermentation 3-4 times daily. Avoid forward bending activity.
Avoid long time walking, standing, sitting.
Lie on back. Avoid side lying.
Do the breathing exercises.

- Avoid lifting weight, bending too much, exercise with the left elbow till the pain subsides
- apply pain relief gel three times a day
- take a pain relief tablet if pain is more
- if not much relief then an x- ray has to be done & consult a doctor.

Stand away from a wall and.put your fight foot behind you and be sure your toes are facing forward. Lean forward at the ankle while bending the right knee and keeping your heel on the ground. Hold this for 30 to 60 seconds. Repeat 10 times a twice a day.
