u need to keep the area dry. bath twicw a day, change clothes daily, wash clothes separately. apply the cream for 2 months continuously. if not coming down, u may need tablets. consult online if u need help

Hello lybrate-user betnovate is a steroid that needs to be given only for particular skin reasons. If you are just having itching, try moisturising frequently, if it is ringworm - use antifungals as steroids will aggrevate this condition. Moisturisers and itch medications are way to go for dryness/ friction associated itching/ irritation.
