first of all kindly get a full mouth x-ray done and discuss it with an oral and maxillofacial surgeon. Implant surgery is quick but it takes almost 4 to 5 months for it to integrate with the bone so that waiting period is present for all kinds of implant. So at present the only option by reading your question seems to be splinting wherein the mobile tooth or the loose tooth can be attached temporarily to the adjacent teeth so that it can survive a bit longer.

Agar xray mein cavity hey toh uski filling yah rct karwayiye, ye depend karega cavity kitni badi hey.
Agar cavity nahi toh sensodyne rapid relief/ vantaj toothpast/ sanqueal f toothpaste jo bhi aapko mil jaye usko lagye.
