Apply snowdent paste on the teeth. Wait for 10 ...more

Hello sir
first of all kindly get a full mouth x-ray done and discuss it with an oral and maxillofacial surgeon. Implant surgery is quick but it takes almost 4 to 5 months for it to integrate with the bone so that waiting period is present for all kinds of implant. There is no such classification of less painful or more painful implant. It is just the surgery discomfort that is well managed by medicines post surgery and you will feel almost normal after 7 days of the surgery.

Quit habits strictly. Seems like you have oral submucous fibrosis (osmf). Kindly consult an oral & maxillo facial surgeon in person for further suggestion. But if the mobility is more or bone loss is more then extraction would be the only option. Kindly attach some photog...more

Rampant caries progresses at a faster rate in children and it involves multiple teeth. It’s also called nursing bottle caries as the decay spreads due to feeding milk during the night & putting the baby or children to sleep without brushing. Hence early diagnosis and initiation of preventive and restorative therapies are imperative in its management. Rampant caries can affect the early permanent dentition if the child has improper dietary habits and poor oral hygiene maintenance.
