Please tell me how you came to conclusion that it's a jaw pain but not tooth pain if your entire jaw is hurting then you have to take a video consultation for that probably it may occur due to third molar eruption.

Hey there, you have not mentioned your age so got to ask that have your wisdom teeth or third molars erupted? If not, this can be one reason for this so kindly check.
Secondly if you have any stress, then also you can feel muscular pain.
Third is if there any past history of cervical pain or spondiolysis, pain can be felt in head and neck region.
Fourth is any history of tooth grinding at night. Lastly, any ear infection.
* tab. Orthodex Mr. twice daily for 5 days.
* do cold fermentation or place an ice pack over the region. Alternate it with hot water fermentation. Carry this out at 2 min intervals for 10 minutes maximum.
* warm saline rinses twice daily.
