I am considering you don't have gutkha chewing/ pan masala chewing habit. At you age of 21, an erupting third molar (wisdom tooth) creates such problems. Use warm saline rinse to gorgle 3-4 times a day, take otc pain killers and see if problem dimish in few days. If not, please visit a nearby dentist to visualise the cause (clinical, x-rays etc).

Youu are suffering from tmj problem. Most likely it is internal derangement of tmj, diagnosed on the basis of your symptoms. We have tmj specialist in our team, you can visit us for consultation. Because to confirm the diagnosis we need to do clinical examination and xrays as well.
