You need an xray for the temporomandibular joint .there is problem in the joint. Kindly get it done. Locked jaw can be a big problem .in future. Kindly show the condition to oral maxillofacial surgeon for more input on the condition.

Send the report on line n some picture of inside mouth n the area where glands r swollen to understand it better than adv you accordingly.

Please tell me how you came to conclusion that it's a jaw pain but not tooth pain if your entire jaw is hurting then you have to take a video consultation for that probably it may occur due to third molar eruption.
