Do you have body pains tab dolo 650 mg thrice a day is more than sufficient.
Checking platelet count daily is essential to access the progress of health watch for bleeding diasthesis. Bleeding from nose/gum, with cough or vomits, dark black stool or pink to red rash on skin. If they are noticed you need to rush to allopathic hospital you may need platelet transfusion. Otherwise rest, fluids, bland diet is enough along with dolo.
