First of all clean gut by herbal triphala strain daily.
Start using licorice powder + embelic powder daily with honey.
Eat 6-7 almonds daily. Soak at night. Chew in morning.
Do sheershasan daily. Do pranayam for few minutes.
Eat protein food, use seasame oil in food esp of black seasame. Rich green veg. Ki
