From the details provided by you, it shows that stress is aggravating your skin problem. And due skin problem you are losing self confidence and this cycle is going on. Keep taking the medicines for skin problem. Apart from that, the best suggested therapy is Hypnotherapy which helps to control the negative thoughts and stress and helps in gaining self confidence. You can consult a Clinical Hypnotherapist for same or send me a private message.

Take vitamin b complex suppliment.
Especially vitamin b12.
Take bath with 20 drops of dettole.
For silky and better and dense hairs use an ayurvedic oil Madhavi oil.
Believe me I am an allopathic doctor but I suggest this ayurvedic oil because it is best.

Hello
You may be suffering from a severe form of dandruff (seborrheic dermatitis) or Scalp psoriasis. You need to consult a dermatologist for this. In the meanwhile use Salisia KT shampoo thrice a week (keep on for 3 to 4 minutes on wet scalp while bathing)
