Hi lybrate-user, itching in head can be due to Dandruff, Seborrheic Dermatitis. You need to visit a Dermatologist for proper examination post which medications can be started immediately. There re good treatments for hair regrowth which can be discussed after consultation. Betnovate C cream is not good for long time as it harmful in long run. To take consultations.
