First of all you did not say how long you have been suffering from this problem, but according to your description it deems that you are suffering by superficial dyspareunia, for now you can take vitamin e capsules 600 mg at night after meals for 10 days & use the af kit the way you use it, hopefully you will get the benefit. By doing what like walking, exertion- itching increases or decreases in intensity. For how much time it remains?

Most cases of lichen nitidus donot require treatment. Creams can be used like
1.primecrolimus
2.tacrolimus
steroids can be used like hydrocortisone 1 ointment and methylprednisolone aceponate 0.1 %
there is no definite cause of lichen nitidus.

3.Wear cotton under garments
4.Stay hydrated. Drink plenty of fluids.
