it's due to unhealty lifestyle, like wrong food habits pattern, always in fear, worries, unwanted thoughts, anger, tension, patientless, greedy, all these factor disturb the harmonal balance and then agrivation of pita dosha and vat dosha (heat and dryness) lead to skin rashes, dryness, cracked, itching, redness, ulcers etc.
