Delay or irregular periods can happen because of the hormonal problem for which cabergoline is given.

I had problem of irregular period after scanning I had diagnosed with pcod recently I went gynaecologist where she recommended me few test like thyroid, fsh n all in the test I had diagnosed with thyroid 6.46 and the doctor recommended thyronorm 25 and I have started taking tablets from 35 to 40 days I guess I want to stop taking the tablets as I don't want to continue the tablet for life long. Can I stop the medicine or should I have to continue.

Life long may or may not be required but if thyroid is not treated other problems may come up including irregular cycles.

Don't stop thyroid medication abruptly. Keep monitoring your thyroid function tests every 3 mths and dose of thyroid medication can be adjusted accordingly.

I have pcod, and i’ve had very irregular periods. My last period ended on 1st april. I lost my virginity on 7th april. We had unprotected sex for hardly 3 minutes, the penetration wasn’t even deep, and there was no sign of ejaculation. Then he wore the condom. Ejaculation happened later (not during penetration. On 11th I noticed a little bit spotting (hardly 1 drop) same thing happened on wednesday and thursday. On friday it increased. But not enough to be concerned or to considered as a period. And one week later, it’s still there. No discomfort, no cramps, no back pain, nothing. Should I be concerned? Is it normal.

1) if sperms (semen) has not entered vagina- no chance of pregnancy.
2) if doubtful do blood test serum hcg-beta now.
3) depending on amount of bleeding- decide to meet gynecologist.

1) touching with finger can not cause 2) if delayed first time can go to any Dr. for hormonal treatment if repeated go to gynecologist for check up, reports, daignosis and managementt.
