I am 25 yoe female. From last 6 months facing irregular periods, got my ultrasound done it showed pcod. Also my t3, t4 are normal but tsh level is 6.45, so should I start thyroid medication or not? Endocrinologist saying no need and gynaecologist saying it’s needed. So should I start with 12. 5 mg or 25 mg?

From oct 22 to march 23 I had my period cycle regularly every 30 days but in april it is 11 days late. In the cavity period there was an irregular period but from october 22 till march 23 it was regular.

After taking the high hormonal emergency pill one gets withdrawal bleeding 5 to 10 days later, and then a new cycle starts.- new counting.
Presence of withdrawal bleeding means no pregnancy.

I am a female 20 years old. Since last 1 year I am facing problem of scanty periods my menstrual cycle is regular but the flow has decreased. My periods used to last 4-5 days but now the very first day of the period has a good flow rest of the days scanty flow. Well adding to that in 2021 I took I pill two times with a gap of proper six months and I feel like after that my problem has started because earlier I used to get normal periods with normal flow.

Hi doctor, I am 33 year old I hv regular period but only spotting like period 3_4 days .before period I am facing some problem like weekness nausea, pain in stomach etc but after its gone. But in this time weekness after period is continuous bohot weekness lag raha h .hath pair sunn ho jate h koi jaan nhi h aisa lag raha hai. Sirf sote raho aisa lag raha h.subah uthti hue to sirr chakkara jata h bhari bhari lagta h weekness lagti hai. Mujhe kya krna hoga? Period khatam hote hi pregnancy test bhi kiya negative hai. Mera multivitamin and iron folic acid suru h fir bhi kam nhi ho raha weekness. please suggest me .mai kya kru?

Hi doctor, I am 23 years old, I was taking ipill from jan and my periods are irregular now, was having a regular periods till then. My last period was on march 10, had intercourse on march 19 and took ipill on the same day. I did not get my periods till now. Had I little spotting few days back. I took home pregnancy test three times and its showing negative. I have been taking mensovit tablets, and did not get periods still. Is this might be a hormonal change or pregnancy?
