In oct 2016 I had menstrual bleeding for one month so I visited gynaecologist in nearby hospital and she recommended ultrasound of my lower abdomen and in my reports my overy size was found abnormal and my report indicated that I could have pcos and then she gave me oral pills and told me the food items I should avoid .following months after that I start having regular cycles and 6 months later after that I started following my normal eating lifestyle and stopped taking her other medicine. After that I did not have "extended bleeding days" for 3 years but I have 2-3 irregular cycles in a year where gap between my two menstruation was 2 months. But I ignored it. Now in dec 2018 again I have continuous bleeding for 15 days again I visited doc, ultrasound happened but my reports came normal this time she gave oral pills. I used oral pills for 1 month. But my periods are still irregular. Infact I have last period on 7 sep and today is now 20 oct and I did not have my periods till now. What should I do so that I start having regular undelayed periods?

Menstrual cycle date fluctuate sometime which absolutely normal but some can be some underlying problem. Normal cycle day is 25 to 30 days now you can by yourself. Because i can't tell exact date because everyone has own time. But it can occur one week before or one week after.
