Since when are you having this. Is there any chance of pregnancy. If yes then you need to do urine pregnancy test. It should be done 10 days after missing your period. For example if your date was 10th, then do the test on 20th. Before that it can give false negative or false positive test. If no then get your thyroid profile, cbc, fsh, prolactin, blood sugar fasting checked from some lab.If everything is normal then do an ultrasound of abdomen. For more details you can consult me.

Eggs live in ovaries, and the hormones that control your menstrual cycle cause a few eggs to mature every month. When your egg is mature, it means it's ready to be fertilized by a sperm cell. These hormones also make the lining of your uterus thick and spongy, which gets your body ready for pregnancy.

Brown: May happen right after periods, and is just "cleaning out" your vagina. Old blood looks brown. Spotting Blood/Brown Discharge: This may occur when you are ovulating/mid-cycle. Sometimes early in pregnancy you may have spotting or a brownish discharge at the time your period would normally come.

You did upt early. A urine pregnancy test should be done 10 days after missing your period. For example, if your date was 10th, then do the test on 20th. Before that, it can give a false negative or false positive test. So you need to wait and repeat the test.
