Have lot of kiwi or mango ,cold coffee (take this before 5 pm to avoid sleep issue) dark chocolate, cheesy food, kesar milk at night.

May be due to anemia .are you alcoholic .mostly its due to anemia mean there is deficiency of blood.
So do a cbc .for some time you can take syrup iron and folic acid and tab mv od.
