Hello, thanks for the query. From the details given it appears she has uncontrolled diabetes, subclinical hypothyroidism and iron deficiency anemia. She needs treatment for diabetes and anemia. Subclinical hypothyroidism does not need any treatment. It needs to be observed every 6 months. Diabetes treatment is for lifetime. Anemia needs about 6 months treatment with iron, B12 & folic acid supplement. Thanks.

I'm 20 y old male, and I'm facing balding. My hair started falling since 6 years back but I ignored it. Since the last 2 years due to extreme tinning, I consulted a tricoligist and upon investigation I was found to be iron deficient, and b 12 vitamin deficient .doctor started me on iron tablets and vit b 12 injections for 6 month's and 2 month's respectively and multivitamin supplements as well. Doctor simultaneously started me on hair 4 you (minoxidil 10percent) and finasteride and advised me to do monthly prp (platelet rich plasma) for which I agreed and I'm regular with prp and medication but I haven't had any improvement in my hair now my tinning is worse before the treatment was started, I have been regular with my medication, upon enquiry my doctor told me to continue the above with monthly prp but I'm almost bald now, please advice me to my future steps.
