Sea vegetables like kelp and wakame are sea-based foods rich in iodine. Scallops and cod, shrimp, tuna, salmon, and sardines. Shellfish are more concentrated in iodine than finfish.
Two of our dairy foods—cow's milk and yogurt—as well as eggs rank as very good sources of iodine.
