your cross bite can be corrected by using braces. Braces are of different types. Metal,ceramic and now invisible braces etc. Most common braces used are metal braces. Clear aligners are very much expensive it wil be in lakhs but are aesthetically very good. Time duration of wearing braces depends on the complication of problem you have.

Recently ceramic braces are doing good, approximate treatment charge is 50k but may varry depending on the case. Roughly 1 to 1 and a half year is the duration of treatment but results begins to show up by the end of 6 months. There is no pain during the corse of treatment.

There can be two types of treatment you can undergo. 1) ceramic braces which are less visible in comparison to mstal braces
2) lingual orthodontic treatment. Braces are applied on the inner portion (back) of teeth.

Consult a orthodontist it can b decided only after evaluating the case if ext is required, cost will best given by your Dr. It depends on place, case n Dr. Consulted, it takes about 18-24 months for complete tt normally, you get normal profile after tt, it's safe tried n tested mode of tt.

There is certainly a way to avoid it, that is maintenance of oral hygiene. Brush twice daily, keep your teeth clean and visit your dentist at least every six months.
