Yellow or white discharge suggests that you r suffering from vaginal infection. You should insert clingen pessary every night for 3 days and take fas-3 kit. This kit should also be given to your husband and use condoms for 7 days. Kit is self explanatory as when to take is written on the back of kit and it is a single day course.

Hello.
It is good for hygeine for sure.
You should take precautions while you shave.
-do not shave dry.
-cut your hair before shaving.
-use warm water to avoid bumps and ingrowth
-use a fresh and clean razor.
-shave patiently, do not rush.
Apply coconut oil after shaving as the area is delicate.
Trimming with a trimmer is a better option, as it does not cut the hair from the surface and works without affecting the skin.

Dear,
If it was painful to start with and not now then you lave p[erianal haematoma doe to constipation. If it is still painful the parianal abscess is likely. If it is very on analverge then you might have external pile which has chronic aanal fissure4 due to passage of hard faeces due to constipation.
If really worried the consult aq proctologist or a general surgeon.
