Hi,
keep your area clean, maintain good hygiene.
You can dissolve 2-4 grains of potassium permanganate in a mug full of water, now pour it on the area. Repeat this 2 times (morning and at night) a day daily.
Don't rub or vigorous itch the area as it may hurt it.
Wear white cotton panties only.
Do wear lose cotton clothes.
Take 10-12 glasses of water everyday.

Dear Lybrate user, vagina is a self cleaning organ. While hygiene has to be maintained, intimate washes, douching or using harsh chemicals for vaginal cleaning are not recommended. Washing with normal water once a day should be enough. Long term use of intimate washes can actually alter the ph levels of vagina and thereby cause further genital infections. A good genital hygiene does not require fancy products.

This could be a right product as a feminine hygiene wash. The method of usage could be same as normal soap wash. Written instruction can also be followed if unsure about the usage.
If still in doubt, you may connect over a call for detailed consultation.

Maintaining a general hygiene is sufficient. There is no need to go for such things unless the doctor examines you and finds any abnormality. so make a routine medical check up with your gynecologist and be safe and follow specific instructions as advised. You can revert after that to gain further clarification.
