U have not mentioned symptoms. As our intestine have lots of good bacteriaâs that help in digestion. Follow this 1. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up). To clear your doubts get an ultrasound kub done to rule out any pathology and follow up with reports and Few tips- avoid any triggering factor, take folicacid regularly, eat a healthy diet, always be stress free, exercise regularly and Avoid spicy food items and not to eat junk food and we also need to avoid peanuts and potatoes in our daily diet.
