Whether the situation is critical will also depend on how his reponse to ventilator has been. Speak freely to the consultant treating your father. All the best.

Your patient may require adjustment / change of inhaled medicines to increase lung capacity and spo2 levels.

As your mother is having metastatic lung cancer she would have had primary site if her cancer somewhere else in her body which after treatment or with no treatment now has reached her lungs. The ideal treatment for your mother is to go for radio or chemo therapy but as a family member if you have decided not to go for that there are palliative treatment options available for her which will not treat the cancer but can give her some relief from her severe bone pain.

Hello sir if your father has been diagnosed by stage 4 lung cancer then it is already metastatic and spreading fast to the healthy lung.
You need to consult an oncologist nearby you. please don't waste your time on online app.

If you don't have any problem regarding your breathing then don't worry about it, do deep breathing exercises, do yoga, maintain a healthy life.

If you have the option to go to nearby hospital, pl get it checked. If not, you may ask for ayurvedic remedy. It may or may not be the way you think. Do not fear. Try to meet specialist near you. Or consult.
