This can be just musculoskeletal pain which might be secondary to vitamin deficiency specially vitamin B12 and Vitamin D.
You need to check your vitamin profile and start taking calcium and Vitamin supplements once a day and for muscle relaxants you can take a tab. Flexon Mr. twice daily for next 3 days.

Do lots of steam inhalation. Add tea leaves in the steam, it would be more effective Also please quit smoking.

There no point to be worried the majority—at least 60 percent of lung nodules are not cancerous but but it's equally important to note that if a nodule is lung cancer there is still a good chance that it can be cured so no need to worry.
