Once it starts coming out. Surgery is the only treatment. Nowadays with laser surgery is painfree and effective treatment. If it is not troubling you. You can just apply some ointment and avoid constipation by eating high fiber diet.

The main cause of piles is constipation and liver disease. At present the priority should be to stop bleeding. You should take more n more fibrous food.
Avoid spicy fried n junk food.
Drink plenty of water.
For constipation, you should take some stool softeners.

avoid constipation. take fiber containing diet, take green vegetables. take proper amount of water. take tab pilex one tab 3 times daily for 3 weeks. use anovate ointment locally on anus. consult surgeon if not ok.

Drink enough water.

Hi,
take cap. Rectone 1-1-1 after food with buttermilk and tab. Anuloma ds 1-2 tabs at bedtime with hot water. Take tab. Bolabaddha ras 1-1-1 after food whenever there is bleeding after passing stools. Apply pilon ointment before and after passing stools. Consume high fiber diet and drink 2-3 litres of water per day.
