1.Apply proctosedyl ointment 2-3 times daily before and after passing stool.
2.Sit in a bath tub containing warm water for some time twice daily (sitz bath)
.3.Take two tea spoonful lof softovac/Naturolax powder with a glass of warm water in the evening.
4.Take fiber containing diet, plenty of green leafy vegetables and fruits.

Hello,Homoeopathy has a good treatment for piles.Take sulphur 30, 3 drops with water once daily in the morning and nux vom30, 3 drops once daily at night.BC No. 17, 5 tabs thrice daily.
Drink water at frequent intervals.
Add more roughage to your diet in order to avoid constipation.
eat fruits ,salads, green vegetables.
Avoid spicy food, fried and junk.

Depending on grade of internal pile treatment is decided. Usually grade 1 n 2 settle with medicines and lifestyle modification. Eat green leafy vegetables and fruits. High fibre food n lots of water. Some form of exercise. Avoid oily, spicy, Chinese food. Avoid non veg food.
For grade 3 n 4 internal piles surgery is recommended.
