Hello-
Some drugs used to treat BPH (prostate enlargement) can cause difficulty in maintaining an erection. Men who take alpha-blockers such as doxazosin (Cardura) and terazosin (Hytrin) may experience decreased ejaculation. This is because alpha-blockers relax the bladder and prostate muscle cells. Alpha reductase inhibitors can also cause ED.
Its best to start ayurveda to counter the effect of such drugs on your reproductive health.

You need to stick to one treatment amd solve it all. In physiotherapy initially you are advised to do the electrotherapy and once pain subsides start the exercises to strengthen the paraspinal muscles and also do stretches to relax the pinched nerve. Even cupping therapy helps. The exercise regime has to be continued post treatment too inorder to keep your spine healtgy.
