I understand your concern regarding the increase in your hba1c levels, signaling a shift towards pre-diabetes. This shift, even with a seemingly healthy lifestyle, can be perplexing.
To address this:
medical evaluation:
schedule a consultation to thoroughly discuss recent hba1c results, considering your medical history and lifestyle changes.
Medication assessment:
provide details about your current medications, including lodoz 5 and uvox 50, to evaluate any impact on blood su...more

Hello, thanks for the query.
I have seen the details mentioned. However it is not clear whether her glucose levels are in good control as there is no specific information. If glucose levels are not n good control then wound may not heal fast or may develop some other issues. If pus comes out means there is infection in the wound. It needs to be properly cleaned then ointments like povidone iodine can be used. If amoxy- clavilanic has not helped then you may have to use other antibiotics. Ple...more

Hi,
please do not worry! I think you are going good. Hba1c is average of 3 months. Any shooting of blood sugar level in these 3 months due due any irregular diet or some instance of skipping or innappropriate timing of medication will also be reflected. So it can just be some random day when your blood sugar might have shoot up. However, for further clarification and complete analysis, you can consult me online with all details. I would be able to advice you more appropriately. For now, plea...more

Take balanced diet. Take ample green leafy vegetables. Take whole grain cereals. Avoid maida and sugar. Stop taking ghee butter and oil. Stop fast food. Exercise regularly (at least 150 mins per week).
Get hba1c test done.
If after 3 weeks there is no improvement, starting medications should be considered.
