First of all you have to confirm whether the pain is like
1. Pointed pain or spreader in some particular area
2. Pain increases while touching the ground or same during walking and at rest
3. Pain diminishes under 30min duration or not.
For proper treatment you have to have a detailed analysis/assessment of your issue so as to make a proper treatment plan for you successful recovery.
For this you need a proper Physiotherapy Consultation.

We are not sure about the medication as we are physiotherapists we cannot prescribe medicine. However the heel bone pain can be healed treated by following all these protocols.

Most of such problems are due to recurrent infection by the susceptible bacteria/virus/ skin parasites and then allergic process etc ---low immune status ; lack of environmental hygiene and personal hygiene etc. Are risk factors --kindly try to improve the above factors and if infection recurs--take treatment at the initial stage of the problems itself.
