After the solution or mixture is boiled completely, it is then left to cool down for a few minutes.

This mixture is then transferred into a bowl and the mixture is cooled down significantly.

The mixture is then spread over the upper lip hair with the help of a stick and is made into a mask.

A cotton waxing strip is then placed over the area where the mixture is applied and then the strip is to be held for a few seconds.

The cotton waxing strip is then pulled off in the opposite direction of the hair growth for the removal of the hair.

Spearmint tea: women with the medical condition of hirsutism can consume a cup of spearmint tea as this has the property of limiting the growth of facial hair significantly.
